  The 2 different storytelling tools that I decided to use were Canva and MakeBeliefComics.

             When looking for the website to buy furniture it can be very important to make sure you are choosing a good website. There are many good websites, but some of these can get easily mistaken for a bad website. There are certain criteria's to meet in order to be sure you are on a good website.       For my good website I chose Bob's Discount Furniture. The reason for this is because Bob's is a very well laid out website. It is not overcrowded and it up to speed. Bob's furniture is a secured website. Bob's has a great selection of high quality furniture to chose from. It is also very easy to navigate.      For my bad website I chose Wayfair. Some people can mistake Wayfair for a good website as it is a secured website. In my opinion Wayfair is just too overcrowded.       Chapter 4 is about building a collaborative culture. This chapter talks about collaboration and how it can be difficult for some. The reason for this is that some people are so used to doing things a certain way and not willing to follow a different way. They can be so set in their own beliefs. I believe that it is important to be able to connect and collaborate with others. In my future career as a Speech Pathologist, I would love to be able to connect and collaborate ideas with others. I would like to know if there is a better way to use certain resources and tools that will benefit me in my career. Creating connected learning is based on culture and beliefs. When it comes to culture, it is an organizations or groups way of doing things can be based on values, norms, and beliefs.       If you want to support connected learning, you may need to change your values, norms, and beliefs.       Chapter 5 of the Connected Educator is about using tools to support connected learning. This Chapter starts out by explaining how beneficial it is to use web 2.0 tools. There is also advice on how to find ways to use certain Web 2.0 tools. The author states that "they lay out what you need to understand to use each tool and than offer examples of how to put the tool into practice".       Social Bookmarking, Delicious, and Diigo are all tools used for documenting and archiving learning. Social Bookmarking is a way to categorize and archive the specific content you want. Social bookmarking allows you to be elaborate and connect with friends and colleagues. Social bookmarking can also be known as tagging. Delicious is used for bookmarking and tagging specific websites.                                                      Pinterest         Pinterest is a great tool to use. There are many things that you can find when searching on Pinterest. Pinterest is basically a virtual bulletin board that allows you to pin other people posts or even create your own. Pinterest allows you to connect with others and by following them and saving their pins. Pinterest is easily accessible and allows you to use it on your desktop or even a mobile device.       There are thousands of different subjects to search on PInterest. You can find inspiration for a quick and easy dinner to finding a new design for your bathroom.  I like to use Pinterest to find different crafts or worksheets for my students.      In Chapter 6 of the Connected Educator, it is stated how important networking is. There are many ways to network with people and the most popular way to do so is through the internet. You can find many people in certain groups that interest you, whether it be a sport or your career. Twitter is one popular social media source for networking. Twitter can be a great way to connect with people who also have a career goal as a Speech Therapist.      The one section of Chapter 6 describes how to use Twitter Lists. You can start this by viewing profiles that match your interest. For example there is an account for teachers under Twitter4Teachers wiki. This site will help you find users that you want to follow as well as gain your own followers. Twitter4Teachers has grown tremendously.
